I have decided to change Doc Brown's arch rival to Dr. Nefarious Tropy from the Crash Bandicoot series, since his is more intimidating and intelligent than Mr Wisdom ( what was I Thinking! ).
Any here's Dr N Tropy and his team of villains, Biff Tannen, Bugsy Vile, Nina Cortex, The Chameleon, and Psycrow. Together, they cause havoc throughout history and steal important treasures and artifacts. And Only Team Flux can stop them.
Biff Tannen from Back to the Future Belongs to Universal Studios.
The Chameleon Belongs to Butch Hartman and Nickelodeon.
Bugsy Ville Belongs to Jim Henson Productions
Psycrow belongs to Doug TenNapel
Dr. Nefarious Tropy belongs to Naughty Dog
Nina Cortex belongs to Sierra Radical
